Are you on top of your legal obligations? We will keep you appraised of any changes to legislation and make sure you are on top of your obligations for any managed properties. If you have a current issue and are not a client we are happy to provide advice.
Your investment property will be thoroughly inspected and documented. Any issue that we notice before tenancy commences will be brought to your attention and at the end of a tenancy our inspection will ensure that any damage is repaired and paid for by the outgoing tenant. We treat your property as if it was ours.
Our level of personal attention means you will always be able to speak with your assigned property manager and the manager who is conducting your viewing and dealing with prospective tenants will always be familiar with your property. We are more than just a sign board.
Our rent estimates will always be accurate and we will stay on top of the market to ensure that your return is always maximised. When was the last time your rent return was reviewed? If you propery manager is not reviewing your rent then you should ask for another opinion.
We will provide you with detailed monthly reports and end of financial year summaries to you or your assigned financial advisor. Our reports will always show every charge and charges will only reflect what you have agreed to. Our detailed annual summary will ensure your tax professional can deal with your property investment and liabilities quickly.
